Our process begins with a thorough search, followed by individual screening and an interview with each candidate. Rest assured, your patients will continue to receive the same level of care and satisfaction they are accustomed to when you are away or when you require permanent professionals.
Temporary Placements: No upfront fees or charges. Clients are invoiced only for the actual locum; we do not bill for meetings, interviews or job shadowing.
Permanent placements: Invoicing begins once a job offer is made AND the candidate accepts the position. Placements are guaranteed for a period of three months.
While maintaining service standards that are second to none, we also offer competitive fees and guarantees.
